Studio Strength is a class specifically designed for improving strength, body composition, and reinforcing bone mineral density. The class incorporates medium to heavy lifting and joint mobilizations for enhanced quality of life. Clients can expect heavy weights, a variety of bands, and high effort. Exercises will target a variety of muscle groups with an emphasis on form and alignment. The class is organized in two circuits completed for as many rounds as possible for 12-15 minutes to build strength and tissue resilience, with little-to-no cardio focus (1 hour). LEVEL: Open to Everyone. Exercises can be modified to your level.
